I worked across industry influencers (Microsoft MVPs) product, design, business intelligence, and sales teams to create campaigns, lead content production across blog, email, web, and advertising channels, and execute go-to market strategies to generate brand awareness, demand, and revenue.
During my time, I was responsible for creating consistent messaging of marketing and sales materials for over 26 products, launching 2 new products, and producing 2 global digital campaigns.
- The Office 365 Groups Playbook generated an all-time high in brand engagement, with attendees to our live webinar hitting 40% above average, and total shares of blog content averaging 200 (vs an average 50 shares per post), with our best post reaching over 1000 shares.
- The SharePoint 2016 Readiness Guide ran globally over 6 months and resulted in a 30% increase in web traffic, over 4000 conversions, and millions in direct and influenced revenue.

I wrote display ads and audio spots promoting CBS Local Offers and Play.It, provided sales teams with vital market research during the launch of PINGO and Play.It, and created wrap-up reports on various national ad campaigns (ACMA 2015 Sweepstakes).

A NGO my friends and I developed in order to provide career and community organizing mentorship programs to AAPI students and young professionals across New York City.

I was both on-set support (talent management, still shots, set breakdown) and office support (scheduling, research, interviews, administration) for a number of shows.
Later, my role grew to support the Production Coordinator with MIPCOM 2014 planning and the Director of Social Media with content production and strategy.
